We are an ISO 9001:2008 certified company and our strategies always revolve around quality. Apart from that, we have also obtained Malaysia MSC (Multimedia Super Corridor) status. And we are registered with Ministry of Health and in compliance with Bank Negara Malaysia outsourcing requirements.

In-House Clinic

Frustrated by runaway health costs, the nation’s largest employers are moving rapidly to open clinics in their offices and factories as a way to offer convenient service and free or low-cost health care. For employers, in-house clinics can mean gains in worker productivity and lower health-insurance outlays. An in-house clinic serving a couple thousand employees can probably save $1.5 million to $2 million a year.

TPA Services

Our TPA service has simplified the employee medical benefit administratrion process by making cashless consultations available at a network of over 1000 clinics in Malaysia. You control your company’s benefit costs because doctors’ fees are managed at the point of transaction. Doctor’s fees are made transparent because billings are based on pre-agreed fee schedules and drug formulary. Customers are supported with a comprehensive claim management service such as billing, payroll reimbursment to employee, claims audit, analysis reports etc... At the same time, we have a helpdesk call centre to assist customers with their queries round the clock.

Occupational Health Services

We offers occupational health services for factories to maintained for job-related injuries and worker’s compensation cases.

Work Place Health Screening & Wellness Programmes

Increasing evidence supports the need for workplace wellness programs and more companies than ever are implementing health and wellness strategies to reduce injuries, health care costs and long-term disability. With additional benefits such as reduced absenteeism, higher productivity, reduced use of health care benefits and increased morale and loyalty, its not surprising more and more employers are choosing to implement workplace wellness programs within their companies. Preventable illness makes up approximately 80% of the burden of illnesses and 90% of all health care costs. Employers are beginning to realize they can take advantage of this statistic and work to provide services to decrease the occurrence of those preventable diseases.

Electronic Health Card System

Our Electronic Health Card System facilitates online real-time eligibility verification and confirmation of benefits as well as automated adjudication of out-patient healthcare claims. Each member carries an electronic healthcard which is presented to the registration desk in the panel clinics when seeking treatment. The card shall be swiped at the EDC Terminal which sends electronic signals to ASP Medical Group's back-end server.

Online Medical Claim Management System

Through our online medical claim management system, you can access ASP’s wide network of clinics without having to manage individual providers. The system eliminates the tedious reimbursement process and manual tracking of medical benefit use. The system allows you to:
- Track and manage cost
- Update policies and coverage
- Monitor use of employee benefits
- View reports and trends such as doctor hopping and much more

Clinics can log into the system and complete various tasks such as:
- Verify members
- Check on benefit entitlement and other necessary items
- Your employees can also log in to view records of expenditures and visits

Online Reports

As a value added service, ASP can generate a corporate profile with “easy to understand” graphical charts. You’ll be able to view reports on
- Disease patterns
- Expenditures by diagnoses
- Profiles of diagnoses by age group or gender
- Claims by clinics or individuals
- Reports of individuals with high frequency of visits
- Medical leave use and more

Online Audit

ASP also conducts regular audits and reviews of benefit use. Audits can be conducted due to:
